1. When is Sababa Fest?

2. How many meals will be served?

3.  What/Who is the Kashrus?

We make sure the food is Glatt Kosher with the highest level of Kashrus in mind. Pas Yisrael, Cholov Yisrael etc.

4. How is Shabbos going to work?

We are offering a full Shabbos experience including: Halachically kosher eruv, candle lighting ceremony for women, scheduled davening's with Sefer Torah, great Chazanim, glatt kosher catered Shabbos meals & musical Havdallah ceremony.

There will not be any scheduled musical acts from Friday at Sundown until Saturday night after Shabbos. 

While this is a Shabbos friendly event, not all guests will be observing. Please be respectful of each other by not smoking in communal areas/activities on Shabbos or videoing/photos at any of the events/activities over Shabbos. And for those keeping Shabbos, please don't impose your observance on others. This is a weekend that we are all coming together in unity, so let's respect each other.

5. Are there showers and bathrooms?

Absolutely! There are flushable restrooms and hot showers on-site. Please do your part to keep it clean!

6. What are the cabin accommodations?

We are moving to a new, gorgeous location which will be camping only.

In previous years we have rented properties with cabin options. We have some RV options available. Email us if you are interested.

7. Is there on-site parking?

Yes. There is a limited amount of parking spaces on-site. We recommend carpooling with friends so there will be room for everyone.

8. Why no glass bottles?

Glass is a liability especially when many guests walk around barefoot. Please be respectful and pre-pour any beverages that come in glass into a plastic or stainless steal container. Make sure to buy cans of beer instead of glass bottles.

9. Security/EMT?

Yes, there will be Security and EMTs on-site for the safety of all our guests. Please be safe and respectful. They are here to help!

10. What will we need to bring for the weekend?

11. Will there be additional food available outside of the scheduled meals?

Yes. We will have some delicious food vendors on-site before and after Shabbos. We suggest bringing some snacks/drinks for your own munching purposes.

Sababa Fest can not guarantee the kashrut of food you may get from anyone who is not an official vendor. Additionally, all food and drinks consumed at Sababa Fest are prepared and sold by independent vendors, and Sababa Fest assumes no liability for any illness or health issues that may arise from consumption of these products. By consuming food and drinks during the course of Sababa Fest, you acknowledge and understand that the festival organizers, sponsors, and vendors are not responsible for any adverse reactions or consequences. Please note that food allergies and sensitivities should be carefully considered before consuming any products, and it is your responsibility to verify ingredients and preparation methods with the vendors.

12. When do the gates open and close?

Thursday, June 27 at 3:00pm. Gates will close at 10pm.

Gates will reopen on Friday, June 28 at 10:00am and close at 7:00pm Friday evening before Shabbat.

14. Are there volunteer opportunities?

Yes. We are looking for some responsible, reliable, fun, and energetic volunteers to help during the event. Jobs may include: serving meals, help with parking, clean-up, etc. Volunteers should be able to arrive on Thursday evening or early Friday. 15. What is the average age demographic?

Sababa Fest has a large demographic of young professionals in their 20's and 30's. Event is 18+. We have guests from many different affiliations and backgrounds.

16. Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes. If you purchased a ticket and can’t make it to Sababa Fest you can sell your weekend pass to someone else but you must use the Transfer Ticket page.

No Refunds.

17. What is the address?

We only send the address to guests who purchase tickets. Check your confirmation email or sign up to receive a confirmation email. 🙂

We are located in Hammonton, NJ about 1 hour drive from Philadelphia and 2 hour drive from Brooklyn.

18. Is there re-entry to the festival?

No. Once you are in, you are in. Please make sure to get any supplies you need BEFORE arriving at the grounds.
